Alright well Nicole had an idea for staff to have meetings to talk about ideas and plans for next years convention and that gave me an idea. Me and a couple other staff members had thought about for fun going to fort hood to the bowling alley and do some cosplay bowling and now I thought how about maybe once a month or once every other month or so, on like saturday or something all the staff members can meet up at the fort hood bowling alley and we can bowl (cosplay bowling for whoever wants to wear their costume ^_^ i know i would for sure) and we can talk about all our ideas for the con then if we want Keita's input we could write all our ideas down and either I or whoever else has her phone number can call her and go over everything we talked about at the meeting and see what she thinks.

Any volunteers who read this let me know what you think. Also let me know if you think it should be once a month or once every other month.

There's just one problem: I can't get onto Ft Hood.

yeah. FT. Hood might make it a bit tricky but we could also do just an anime party like we had at my house. Food and movies is always easy. I think we should all try to go to the suncoast events as well. I can meet friday Sat or sunday but I do work some saturdays, from 9-2 pm so you'll just have to let me know ahead of time.

hmm........well there is another bowling alley in killeen which is not on ft. hood, it's called hallmark lanes its right off of stan schlueter near mcdonalds.

Alright Staff-peoples. Alyssa and I are trying to plan some staff meetings so please post what hours you can meet during the week so we can figure out the best time to hold a get together. Also, We want to hold a sleepover for all female staff members so we can work on con events and help plan a special surprise for the con!

As of right now, I'm available all the time.

and im available most of the time, just let me know a bit ahead of time so i can make sure my mom doesn't have anything planned.

Oh, I believe anyone can get on post as long as they have some sort of ID, like a drivers license. I'm almost certain of this. The only times that I ever needed my military ID on Ft. Hood was when I buy from the PX or go to the Hospital.

I think the idea of having regular meetings is genius.

Cosplaying bowling would be so much fun, too - I'm definitely in. By the way, yay, for sleepovers!

I am usually free around 5:00 on weekdays, and I'm off all day on weekends.

Suncoast is doing something on the 14th of this month, I believe Kikyo said. That would be a great time for all of us to meet up, as Nicole mentioned.

There's the Bollerama near Killeen High School, and there's also the Hallmark Lanes on Stan Schlueter Lp. next to the McDonald's.
