I wont be getting into Killeen until somewhere around 6 or 7pm on Friday, which means I'll probably be heading over to the actual con from around 7-8pm.
we've been thinking about pre-reg, but what good would it do if we cant pick up our badges in time?
so, from what to what time can we pick up pre-reg badges?

also, how long is on-site registration open?

Alright here is how it goes.

There is a limit on how many people are allowed into the hotel for the convention.

Example say that the limit the hotel sets is........200 people. If 100 people pre-reg then there will be 100 spots left for people who didn't pre-reg to try and get in.

So basically if you pre-reg you are guaranteed to get into the convention. If you don't pre-reg you may not get into the convention if you are unlucky.

Pre-reg badges can be picked up at ANY time as long as there is someone sitting at the registration table.

Non pre-reg badges can only be gotten as long as the max capacity hasn't been reached yet.

That's good to hear. ^-^ I live pretty far away from Killeen. Even if we left at 8 in the morning we wouldn't get into town untill almost 1 in the evening. Can we pick up a schedule at the registration table, and do you know if there will be public bathrooms avaible?

hmm......I'm not really 100% sure but I am pretty sure that they will have public bathrooms available.

As far as the schedules go I don't know if you can pick them up at the registration table or not but if you go the animix website and go into the programming section then you could print out the events schedule for all 3 days incase.

im just checking. i had a bad experiance at Akon this year so i want things to go more...smoothly.

btw- is there anything that we need to show to get our badges at pre-rg? like a reciept or something?

all keita said in her e-mail was that you needed ID. I would think a drivers license would be fine neh?

I think any ID will work, Drivers license, school ID, Military Id whatever

well, i cant drive yet, and i dont have a school ID cuz i go to private school...i think the last ID i had was in 3rd grade.
will that work?

and as it turns out, i lost that old child ID when i moved, and the closest thing i have right now is a Fiesta Texas season pass.

or can i just bring a printout of the paypal reciept instead?

Hey kiro, I'm not sure if you got it yet but I sent you a PM.

Well, since I bought a second registration as a gift for a friend via Paypal I certainly *hope* that Paypal receipts will be adequate.

I'm sure a paypal receipt will be fine, that's how other cons do it, ID OR a paypal recipt^^ (I'm bringing both, just in case!)
