AniMix

Well, I'm hoping that since I'll be sitting in my artist's alley table, not really selling any goods, just advertising (and selling old anime goods that just need to go) I'm hoping I manage to get a lot of pictures of people^^ I didn't have time at A-kon this year with all the things I was needed for. But it was still very awesome! Everyone needs to come bother me so I can take pictures of you^^

o.o I'm having to squish people into my moms van now. We just had a last minute addition to our group. So instead of three people coming with me it'll be four. Which is going to Awesome, but the ride to killeen from my house is a little over 4 hrs. Plus my brothers Demyx sitar is life size so that doesnt help with the people situation. Does anoyone have a rough estimate of how many people can go into the hotel and how many people have three day passes. It would really suck to bring an extra person and them not be able to get in.

I'm not 100% sure but i think the estimate for people who did pre-registration for 3 day passes is like 50 people and the LIMIT that the hotel has set for guests is 1000 so I'm pretty sure your friend will be able to get in.

It's okay, she can't come because my mom says that there just isnt enough room. She's right even though I dont want to admit it. It's going to suck having to tell her that she can't come.

Ikkicon this year was my first anime con. This will be my second one. Last time i brought a friend, but he moved so i am most likely to be going by myself. fortunately, i live in town, but will have to attend around my work schedule... stupid work... *grumblemumblegrumble*

I sort of lost count of how many con's I've been too, but including Wizard World's and Akon's its over 5 at least. I'm thinking this will be my 6th or so, but only my second with a table.

I'm so excited. The sitar i'm makeing is almost finished. I'm done painting it at least.

Hey guys! I probably saw a bunch of you at the Con but you may not remember me...I was one of the volunteers. Everybody's cosplay was wonderful, and I hope you all come back next year.

Hopefully I'll get together a group and go to more conventions. I'm in love with costuming and am working on costumes for Akon (and maybe Cosplay Day Out if I have it done in time...)

Well I am actually glad that there is a convention nearby this time *yaaaay* I dont have to travel overseas to go to a US one hahaha. Well as far as number of conventions go...if I make it to this one it will be number 237 over the past 10 years (yes I know I'm a convention adict shoot meh :p ). I wouldnt count the ones I went to in Tokyo since that wasnt really a convention and it happened like every other week almost during the summer *sweat* Although it did feel like one since it was always full blown. You cant imagine how tiring it is to walk past a min-con in your school uniform and having every 3rd person you run into asking to take your picture with theirs *sigh* (And yes I mean both the Japanese and the Americans) I am still undecided about going to the Anime Expo in Los Angeles this year since I'm sorta tired of traveling all over the place and I finally just got back to the US so I want to take a break haha.

Well Animix 08 was my first and it was fun except for the kinda crappy hotel ^-^;
This year I'm going to Akon and Animix 09~

This will be my first Con and I'm very exited, but I am only going to be their on Saturday.
I will be dressed up as my white wolf character called Fantasma, Blanca which translated as "white ghost" btw.

Well I hope you can stay late on saturday and make it to the wedding/formal ball in the evening
