Yes based on last year I think people could DEFINATELY get in onsite

Last year when I came, we registered at the lobby and picked up the badges in the lobby....
... I don't see why it'd be any different. And last year was a small con so not as many people came. I'm sure there will be more people, but you're still going to be able to pick up a badge on site.
