FINAL FANTASY VIII BALL!

Postby AsianEyes442 on Sat Sep 01, 2007 4:01 pm

Yes indeed people we are having a Final Fantasy VIII ball featuring the theme of Rinoa and Squall. Before the ball there will be ballroom dance lessons with champion ballroom dancers David and Tami of Dallas, Texas.

The One-Ups will be playing tunes from Final Fantasy as well as other video games. So bring your prettiest gown and your best suit because there is an Anime prize for the best dressed couple!

See you there!

Well I will be wearing a very nice $20 dollar dress that I bought at Ross especially for the final fantasy ball.

I could break out my prom dress I never thought I'd get to wear again, but I'll be going alone, so best dressed couple and the ballroom dancing will be out for me.

Actually that isn't true. According to Keita te ball will be kinda like example a party where you can ask other people to dance. You don't really have to have anyone to go with.

So am I. Problem is the ballroom dancing lessons conflict wit the cosplay competition, I mean they don't conflict completely but If you look at the schedule they do conflict a bit. I've been talking to Keita to see what we can do about it though.

Thing is I can't dance so I would really like to go to the lessons.

I would like to go to the lessons also. Since the competition is over before the ball we don't have to stay in costume for the rpize stuff do we?

I'm not sure if we have to stay in costume for the prize presentation or not. I'll try and find out.

Well I have some good news for you ^_^ I talked to Keita and she said that when it comes time for the cosplay competition prizes to be handed out you do NOT need to be in costume. You can be wearing your dress as long as your there to get your prize. Which is good because I bought a dress to wear at the ball.
