Alright I talked to Keita. She will be coming down here on Monday the 13th and we will be having STAFF/VOLUNTEER meetings on Wednesday the 15th and Thursday the 16th.
The meeting on the 15th will be held at the Plaza at 3pm and then we will decide the time for the 2nd meeting during the 1st meeting on the 15th.
If any changes come up I will post up on here and if any of you arent going to be able to make the first meeting I will post the time for the 2nd meeting up here as soon as it is decided at the 1st meeting.
