First off.. Please don't fill out volunteer forms for AniMix UNLESS your personal and emergency contact information has changed.
Second, if any staff is planning to run a panel or run something in programming, please let me know now or forever hold your piece. Friday and Saturday programming will be up shortly and I would like to make sure that YOU (the staff) has a place in the programming if you would like to.
Advertising/Marketing... All those involved with marketing and advertising we NEED to talk. Alyssa did a great job last year with marketing and advertising for AniMix. But this year she is Chief staff/Staff Coordinator...and she is also planning a wedding. She can't do everything by herself. We need help getting to the soldiers on fort hood and the surrounding communities. If you have any ideas please e-mail me or post here and I will check as often as possible.
Also, I know I did this earlier, but I need to update my staff list... Please post here or e-mail me what staff position you want...if you are coming to AniMix this year, and what days you will be available. The week of AniMix we will be having lots of staff meetings and will also update the phone tree from last year, so everyone can stay in contact if walkie talkies should fail.
